Right of cancellation

According to the right of cancellation (or “cooling off period”) pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree 206/05 (Consumer Code) for consumer protection that regulates long-distance contracts, each buyer has the right to return the good purchased (or revoke the order placed), if the product itself does not meet their specifications or no longer interests them, without any penalty and without having to specify the reason, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

To exercise the right of cancellaation you must send a written communication by registered letter with return receipt to: Hotel Sochers Ski & Spa Funivie Saslong S.p.a. Str. Ruacia 30 I – 39048 Selva di Val Gardena (BZ) – Trentino South Tyrol specifying the description and quantity of the products you intend to return (this communication can be sent in advance via email to info@saslong.it as long as confirmed by registered letter within 48 hours).

Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible recommending the most suitable return method. In this case, the shipping costs are at your expense, as the D.lgs. 185/99 provides that the consumer has the right of cancellation without any penalty and that the only charges at their own expense are exclusively those related to the return.

The return of the goods, in a suitable packaging that protects their integrity, must be made to the aforementioned address no later than 14 days from receipt. Since the shipping costs are entirely at your expense, the choice of the shipping means used is at your discretion.

As soon as we have received the package with the returned product, we will check its integrity: it must be complete with all the original parts including any documentation and / or accessories. In the case of damaged and / or tampered with returned items, it will not be possible to refund the amount paid for the purchase of the products (the integrity of the returned item is a mandatory condition for exercising the right of cancellation).

After evaluating the integrity of the goods, we will reimburse the full amount paid in the shortest possible time: the refund, including the ORIGINAL shipping costs (the return shipping costs are charged to the customer as specified above) will be with the same means used at the time the consumer made the purchase and in any case no later than 14 days from receipt of the cancellation notice.
